December Test Takers Support Group

Nursing Students NCLEX

So, I finally feel I should not give up......I will be a retaker for 2nd time in December. I felt so low when I failed the test in July'07. I was thinking to take in october but just couldnt get motivated to study. In the meantime, I joined RN-BSN program. So, currently I am in school taking 15 credits of classes. I need to have my RN license before winter so I can do practical in communnity health, a required class for BSN.

After visiting this site almost everyday, reading success stories and encouragement given by one of my wonderful instructor from my ASN program, I am motivated to do it.

So, newcomers as well as retakers, Lets get together, support each other and lets pass the RN test. WE CAN DO IT.

For now, I have started practicing Q&A at least 2 hrs/day from Saunders CD. I will keep you updating and hope you all will share the tips as well.

GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US. :welcome: TO THE SUPPORT GROUP .

To everyone!!!

CALI just update their website ... I did not see my name. Tomorrow will be the last day. I can already feel that I failed again. Thank you for reading this. This has been a big help to me. Hope everyone will do good.

You will pass. The worst feeling is to sit and wait but I will pray for you too. God is looking all over us and we all will pass.

I Have A Question For All Of You, Please Do Not Give Any "real" Questions...but How Many Questions That You Got On The Nclex Were Never Seen By You Or Totally New To You Inspite Of All Q's I'm Sure You Have Solved During Prep Time?? Also Just Curious ...maybe You Could Also Let Us Know How Many Were Like Something You Definitely Knew .. Any References Like Books Etc Are Welcome... Appreciate Any Answers...

Can someone list the **important** prototypes OB drugs. Is there a way to classify these drugs to help remember.....Any help will be appreciated.

iel21, the experience itself wasn't bad, i went through excelsior's program and many of the tests given through the college are very similiar in style to the nclex- critical thinking based. i didn't have too many meds- maybe 7, 2 drug calculations, mostly priority and delegation. good luck to you!

Here you go:

so i guess the idea came late, so sorry for those who have already taken test.

Ok guys:

Those who have not taken the test, shall we post here some of our cheat notes/sheets that we think its absolutely important to remember??

If each one of us contribute..... we might have the all the IMPORTANT stuffs we need to know and no one will miss anything. Of course, those who have already taken the test are welcome to post what helped them most as well.

It would be a good idea if someone tell us how to attach word file here. May be LKG can let us know.

When you write a post there is an "Attach Files-Manage Attachments" button that you need to click on to attach files. That's it. ;)
