DearGod, will I ever pass the NET?????

Published

So I took the practice NET test that http://www.eriworld.com has and I got a 74 on the reading portion, while receiving a big huge 57 on the math portion....(66 is nat'l avg for reading and 72 is nat'l avg for math, they say...)

I apparently did my worst with "number system conversions.".....

I used a NET study guide the first time I took it. Are you using any kind of study guide to help you with these concepts?

I ordered a study guide, but it hasn't arrived as of yet.

Went there. The practice probs from the links, do not show the correct symbols for the minus sign, addition sign, etc

Well, I made it up to a 70 on math! This is good news!!!

And BTW....How often can we take the NET test, if for some reason we fail it the first time?

At the school I go to, Wenatchee Valley College, you get 3 tries a year...The tries all have to be within 30 days of one another.

I will pray for you.

The Eri world study guide breaks it down into to nice, easy steps. Hell I graduated in 1990 and after studying with the guide got a 97% on the math.

made a 97% on math, 58% on reading=DID NOT MAKE IT..

needed a 60 or higher in the reading, this was my 2nd and last chance at it for this year at my school......cried all the way home, now have to wait until 2009 to try again.:crying2:
