If anyone know anything please let me know before i sign up with them. I have checked them out they are for real. However, i still need more information about the school.

In my recent searches, I have found Deaconess and Chamberlain to be linked. One is for achievement of LPN or ADN, and the other is for achievement of ADN to BSN. They only accept students for on-line courses who live in Missouri, Ohio and Illinois. They are currently not set up to do clinical testing in any other states and are awaiting approval from the NLNAC to attain this. They are for real and only teach nursing. Most credits do not transfer from other schools unless you have already attained licensure. The phone for student services is now 1-800-942-4310. If you currently live close is may be an excellent option for you!

Deaconess is actually the old name for Chamberlain, but this thread is almost two years old. That explains the discrepancy.

Deaconess College no longer exists. It was bought out by DeVry many years ago and the name was changed to Chamberlain.
