My patient sitting there with her friend saying "see I told you they really DO answer the call bell on this floor!" Then friend goes on to tell me about her horrible stay on another floor in the hospital. Like I could somehow make it up to her as long as I stood there listening for 10 minutes! THAT actually happened.
