Please stay away from this place! They are unprofessional and unethical. They do not help the students succeed. Out of a class of 6 only two people passed. They overcharge and falsely bill your financial aide. I had to fight to get my money sent back. They will cancel classes at the last minute. No one in corporate wants to listen to your issues they refer you back to the campus you attend. They are currently being investigated in Jacksonville, Fl. I'm so sorry you didn't come to AllNurses first! There has been discussion of this school for several years now.

I'm wondering why you would choose a school that has no national accreditation (only meaningless local ones)? Without this, you wouldn't be able to transfer the credits to any accredited school, and a degree from this program would exclude you from many jobs. It would also exclude you from license eligibility in some States, as graduation from an ACCREDITED school (not just a 'recognized' school) is sometimes a requirement.

Again, sorry this happened to you.....and hope you find a BETTER school next time around! :)

I did come to AllNurses and there where good and bad reviews. I did my research and I called the State Board of Nursing. I made the decision that was best for me at the time.

I wish my peers would listen to me and stay away from this disgusting place

nurseangelique: Ok, fine, but as you found out.......the school's not worth much, which makes them probably NOBODY's best decision :( The bad reviews have more impact than the good when it comes to stuff like this.

Unfortunately all the State BoN is going to tell you is that they are a 'recognized' school, but they won't tell you the rest of it.

At any rate, you were lucky in that you did get money refunded!

@RNsRWe Yes I was able to get my money refunded because I kept all documents. I've learned sometimes you cannot work around the job. The BON did explain to me that they are approved and some other things. @MaryOr they will learn soon enough. When I went to the Jacksonville campus the program was still fairly new. So they didn't have pass fail rates on the NCLEX yet.

I use to work for this company and trust me when I tell you...STAY AWAY!!

Goodness, I'm sorry you had this experience. I went to tour a for profit college (Brown Mackie...before I heard of it's infamy ;) ) and the person advising me about their nursing program could not tell me what organization accredited their nursing program....literally didn't even know. I smiled, said "thanks for your time" and promptly found another school.

@cookie2002 I learned a very valuable lesson. Quick and easy admission isn't the best way to go.

@purple_roses I'm in a better situation now work wise. I've been touring several schools. I'll never make that mistake again.

im so sorry you had to go through this. i went through a ADN program and had similar problems. the school is now closed. i did look at the school your talking about when considering schools. they told me OB was only 2 weeks long and that made me run for the hills

@Wayemika yes once I found all that out I voluntarily left. I did all of my prerequisites that were science in two weeks with a one week "lab". The lab portion really was a joke. The only hands on lab we had was chemistry.
