Cypress College

Anybody apply to Cypress College or is planning to? I was dumb enough to go the first day, and even though I was a half hour early, I ended up waiting a good 4+ hours for an application. Probably not the best set up I've seen, but whatever, this is the school I want to get in! So, here's the thread for Cypress, and wishing nothing but the very best to all us 2011 hopefuls!

I remember the Angels hat!! Never heard you sneeze... I must have been that focused! but I was sitting in the row in front of you all the way on the right. Blonde hair, and I think I had a black jacket on

ahhh now that I think about it, I don't remember anyone except for the dude who forgot his paper/pencil id, and the girl behind me who had the massively growling stomach.

haha I feel bad for that girl having to go thru that long exam starving.. I knew that was going to happen so had to come prepared :) the lady was really nice

i'm kinda anxious about finding out the score for teas. The science part threw me off a bit. Alot of the questions from that section was like -_-??? to me lol

We were playing Rachmoninoff's second piano concerto, with my stomach as the orchestra! The science part was a great ??? to me as well. Amplitude? Give me a break!

I am starting Cypress' Program next month and have bought some of my books already. I wanted to start reading to get ahead, but there's so many books! Does any current/previous nursing students have any suggestions on where to start? For instance, the nursing fundamentals book or pharmacology? Thanks for all the help!
