Cypress College ADN Spring 2022

Hello I made this forum because I did not see one for Cypress ADN program for Spring 2022. Just in case anyone has questions or answers to help out any future nurses. I have already applied for Cypress so now it is just the waiting game for me. I did also add a forum for El Camino College and LA City College just in case you need any help with those applications.

When I login my application still says evaluation in process. Even though I got the email already.

I have not received anything. 
I feel like I have to assume that means I didn't get in... I don't see why they'd just stop sending acceptance notices out ?
I'll post if anything changes.

I haven’t either ? in assuming I didn’t get in. I’ll keep trying! I saw Rio Hondo is accepting in February for Summer

Incredibly dumb question but, is being an alternate essentially the same thing as being in the waitlist?

 

This is my first year applying to nursing progrms. I too have received an email last night stating I was selected as an alternate, though I've read that people would end up waiting for years for their turn. That's some dedication for some people to not budge. I just find it weird that we are to attend the orientation even when its something so up in the air. The wait to find out is dreadful.
