I took the NCLEX-PN on June 6th in California and I still haven't heard anything! When I left the testing center, I was told it would be 2-4 weeks. Since it's not unusual for things to get lost in the mail in my neighborhood, I'm wondering if I should call the Board this week to check on my status.
For those of you who have recently taken the NCLEX-PN in CA, how long did you have to wait for your results?
woohoo...just got my results in the mail today 7/30-I passed. I saw a big envelope and got scared and had to have someone read it 3X just to make sure it said I passed! Thank God and good luck to all of you!:wink2:

hopefully i get mine soon too. why is it a big envelope though? i thought they send a small envelope that states you passed.
thanks...the envelope is the same size of the one you get if you fail (friend of mine who took it twice told me) difference is if you pass it's lighter and has your letter and info to send the fee for your license. The fail envelope is heavier with a booklet and forms to fill out.
I thought I would add to this thread. I took my test June 14th and have not received my results yet. I called BVNPT on Monday and was told that they were just starting to do the week I took my test. I wonder if they told me that so that I would not call them back.

I called the bvnpt yesterday and asked if they already mailed my result..The lady told me that they just mailed my result..hopefully today or tomorrow I will receive the big but light envelope..hehehe!!! cant wait to work now..By the way,I took the exam last june 16..
its such a relief isn't it?! i too received my results in a big envelope but it was light. i'm currently waiting on my actual license now, i just sent in my payment last week so hopefully it should arrive soon.

after 6 weeks and 3 days of waiting,i received my result.unfortunately i failed the 1st time..goodluck to those who are still waiting for the result...
I am fortunate to live close (less than an hour) to BVNPT Sacramento and able to pick up my temp license. I cant' wait to start looking for work. Thanks and good luck to all!
