I work four 8-hr shifts per week, plus usually 1/2-1 hour OT each shift.

I'd like to knock off a day, maybe do three 12's.

I work M-F 8-5, but also choose to pick up periodic weekend time at the hospital.

I work 3-12 hour shifts (nites) for the hospital, 12 hours for my private practice (days) & teach between 2 &16 hours/ week whenever there is a class to be taught(day/evenings). So add that up, boy am I tired!!! :roll yup, I do weekends & holidays too!

work 4 day week, 8 hr days cos I am part time! no weekend, no bank holidays.

I used to do 7 12 hour shifts in a row. I loved it and miss the 7 days off that went with it. I am now Mon-Fri. Like it, but still miss all those days off together. Made travelling nice. Both have perks.
