CUNY Queensborough (QCC) - Spring 2022

Hello Everybody, I'm creating this post in order to follow up with each other regarding the application to nursing program at 

CUNY Queensborough (QCC) - Spring 2022 which will open in October 2021 
please post your GPA, Pax Score if you don't mind. 
I want also to know if anybody knows how the speech test is? 
I suppose to  take it, but I don't have an idea about it.

Little bit of advice: take 301 classes that have SI session. I think for next Fall semester they have two section that will have SI session. It is going to be helpful for you since they will provided study section after the class.

Unfortunately, I am taking during the Summer because I heard if students complete all bio course sequence, they get priority consideration given they meet the grade requirement which is why I’m taking during the Summer.

Do you have any say in this or do you think the students that get accepted into the nursing program are mostly students that complete all additional major requirements? I’m super nervous of not getting accepted or doing bad and being a disappointment:(

Hi sorry for getting back to you late! Yes as far as I know they will consider students that already complete micro, however if you really have a good grades in AP 1 and 2, they will consider you, and you have to earn that good pax score too. Another advice is, not to take the classes in rush, because taking A&P class during Summer will be tough, but doable. If you feel confident, go for it! But I just want to give you heads up, since we are not able to repeat pre requisite classes. Good luck!

Hey! No worries for getting back late, I already appreciate you replying so no need to worry about that! I was able to get into the class I wanted for the Summer so I am taking it as a sign to continue LOL! Thank you so much for all your advice and support! ❤️
