I have been trying to get into gateway for the last 4 years to no avail..I think my time is up :( Congrats to everyone who got in

Which school were u waitlisted? N what Sch did u get in? @ sleepy24

Gateway cc...i didn't get accepted into any other programs This year..last year I was accepted to Bridgeport hospital but I work during the day and need an evening program..so right now Im at a stand still...

Don't be discouraged yet ... Hopefully we hear something good from them. Maybe they start to call all those waitlisted ..keeping our fingers crossed n praying í ½í¹í ½í¹í ½í¹í ½í¹. This year is our year to start nursing career.Amen.

Hey Everyone, i just found out that I was offered a spot at Capital Community College's Nursing program starting in the fall semester of 2016. My sats were:

TEAS 70

Ap I A-

AP II A

Math A

Eng B+

I am looking to meet any new students who will be starting in the fall! Super excited! I hope to hear from you guys!!

I've also been accepted to the Fall program at CCC. I'm super excited and anxious at the same time. I'm concerned about the clinical days and times. I need to be able to keep my job (20-25 hours) while in school. I just can't seem to find some idea what they offer for clinical times. I just want to get an idea as to what we are up against before the orientation day.

Congrats! I'll be at CCC, too. If you look at the course offerings for the fall you can see that NURS 101 will be Mon and Fri 9-11am. Lab/clinicals is listed as "TWRSU 7am-11pm" which leads me to believe it's a crap shoot. I've been told clinicals are twice a week during any of those days but you don't get to choose when or what shift. Those will be randomly assigned I assume. í ½í¸•

I've heard clinical could be Tues/Weds or Weds/Thurs either 7-3:00 or 3-11:00. Or Sat/Sun 7-3:00. Something like that. I don't think we get to choose our times/days.

I hate not knowing!! :) however...I'm excited so I guess I'll figure it out.

I got into NCC. I have been collecting all my documents and checking mycommnet every second (idk why just so happy). I am concerned about class and clinical times. They are listed as:

Intro to NSG Practice MT 11:15 am-01:15 pm

WRFS 07:00 am-01:30 pm

WR 03:00 pm-09:30 pm

First of all why does the lecture have to be right smack middle of the day? I would prefer beginning or end of the day.

Also, when are the clinicals? I am looking for weekend or evening times ideally.

Congratulations everyone who got in! I have been checking this post, it has been my lifeline during this application process. It has been comforting to know there are others out there that have similar thoughts and questions.
