Just called GWCC....not much movement with the waitlist as of yet according to Mary beth but she did say if you do get summoned it will usually be in the form of a phone call and a school email, so fellow waitlisters, check your emails as well.

Yes I am on the gateway waitlist #39. I am tempted to call today and ask if anyone has declined their seat but I will wait until after May 1st before making any contact. Will be keeping the updates flowing.

May 1st acceptance deadline approaching for my fellow waitlisters. Please update if you get that call or letter!

Thanks nursetobeeCT. I really hope we make it off the waitlist. I have a positive feeling about it buts its hard to not get overly excited about getting in. I know someone who was number 58 last year and got in through the lottery system, so I am staying hopeful.

That is so crazy that you got waitlisted. You must be high on the waitlist. I too was waitlisted. I am hoping my number is not too high but it might be considering other stats. My Stats ANP1: A- Teas: 74.5 ANP2: B-

I am not entirely sure how many they accept each year. I called and spoke to William Chagnon the director of my second choice and asked him what are the chances of me getting in off that list, and he mentioned highly unlikely because of the process of having to exhaust everyone on the waiting list that made NCC their first choice. He did say that waitlist letter mailed out Thursday April 6th for all CC's and any waitlisted folk will find out then what their number is.

I got wait listed...I luckily got accepted to another program so I will have to go with that unless I hear back during the month of May to determine if I got in off the wait list...best of luck everyone...there's still hope to all who are waiting...

Hopefully we get in. My stats include: ANP I: A- TEAS: 74.5 nursing GPA: 3.2 April 6th is supposed to be. The day we find out so I'm keeping my hands pressed together in anticipation of finding out.

I mean it couldn't hurt to retake the TEAS again if time permits. Worse case scenario is you score lower or the same and you just have your original score sent.

Did you find out what number you were waitlisted at gateway?...I found out via mail..
