CT-CCNP 2019/2020 APPLICATION
I had spoken yesterday with a member of the nursing dept at gateway (about what I could do to improvise my chances for next year), and I asked if they had already taken anyone off the waitlist yet. She said they were at #10. I’m keeping my fingers crossed and being cautiously optimistic about what that could mean going forward. I’m #28, so there is still a little way to go. People change their minds and plans all the time, though. ?♀️?

Don't be discouraged, your number could be in the top ten which would be very promising. I was waitlisted last year as well, and the waitlist numbers were mailed to us directly. There was nothing about it through email. It seems as if they have done away with that this year, so hopefully it will be soon when we find out.

A&P 1: A- Teas: 78.7% (Retaking again to try for an 80) Nursing GPA: 3.30 I retook a couple courses this summer to raise my gpa from a 3.0. I was waitlisted last year at Gateway pretty far down the list. I'm trying to figure out if I will have a better shot applying to Gateway or Capital this time.
