Has anyone seen this addendum on the nursing curriculum packet page 9 for the 2017-2018 school year? I'm really, really hoping they're not adding any more prerequisites because I'm chomping at the bit to leave my current career and another year would be so hard!

"Based upon current curriculum planning these course requirements may change slightly, once finalized a transition plan will be put into place."

I'm hearing from fellow students that An advisor at capital community college ("in all the years he's been working there") said they've accepted at least up to #20 on the waitlist.

My number is 16! At Capital community college!

Very good number! But I'm right there with you, not knowing sucks. I call it nursing limbo land. We will know more in May I think all of us waitlisters.

AP 1-B+

AP 2-B+

Teas-68

GPA around a 3.5

Shoot for better if you didn't already apply, considering I was waitlisted. Working improving those grades and teas incase I don't get off the list so next time I have a better chance.

Question for those who were accepted at NVCC did you complete Math 137 and 172?

So financial aid.. I applied for it and the school received my application but that's the last I've heard. Should I keep waiting or call the school..?

well i was waitlisted but i did both you only needed 137 though if you did 172 that is the math they took to calculate gpa because it is the highest math.

Got you appreciate it. I was looking over the packet for nursing and on the body there is a box of courses at the various programs. They mention Math 172. Thanks.
