I submitted the application and received the confirmation on September 25th. I then received my evaluation through e-mail on October 5th. With all the calculations, I received 34 points. I don't really have a 1st choice since it is really competitive to get into these programs. I'm just grateful to get an opportunity somewhere.

Oh wow you have received your eval a long time ago! I'm gonna call to check on mine today. I received confirmation for my application on October 6th but have never received an eval. I definitely hear you on not having a "first choice." At least you're not too far from CSU San Marcos. I applied to 11 programs and would be grateful for admission to any of those programs. Congrats again and thanks for sharing your info!!!

@KO_1219 Please let me know what they tell you about the evaluation! I called last week and I was told that my application was confirmed on Nov 17th, although I thought I submitted everything in much earlier (maybe it took a while for one of my transcripts to go through), and that I should receive an evaluation within 2 to 4 weeks. Anxiously waiting for it :)

@purvee48 So I called yesterday and apparently my application materials were all complete November 9th. They say it can take up to 4 weeks to receive an evaluation and if you don't receive an eval by 4 weeks (12/9 for me), then to reach out to them again so that they can escalate that to the evaluators. So pretty much they told me the same thing they told you. Just anxiously hoping it comes sooner rather than later! It looks like @gyp13sy completed everything at the right time hence received a quicker eval and acceptance.

@purvee48 @KO_1219 Hey, have you guys heard any update on your evals? I have still yet to receive any info on orientation etc., but I am assuming they are going to send that out when the class is full. I might call later on today to check.

@gyp13sy Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for my eval... Called last week and they told me to call again if I did not receive an email by the end of this week.

I received this email about orientation in case anyone was interested:

"Spring 2016 orientation is being opened at this time.

Summer Orientation will most likely take place in the last spring and students will be notified by program coordinator Sara Davis.

If you haven't heard from Sara by the end of the month of April, feel free to check in again."

Hopefully they have everyone's evals done soon.

I'm still waiting for an eval too, but I'm assuming I will receive mine after @KO_1219 because I submitted my materials later

@gyp13sy Congrats on your conditional acceptance! You are in for a crazy & fun journey. You should start a group on Facebook so that as others are accepted, you can all stay in touch and provide each other with additional support.

Just called Extended Learning to check the status of my Eval again. They apologized and told me that due to the Spring 2016 ABSN students matriculating soon in January, the advisors have been very very busy and there is a great likelihood that those pending evaluations and admissions decisions may not find out until after the Christmas/New Years Break. Just wanted to keep you all informed especially those who haven't received an eval yet. I know it's been extremely tough to wait especially knowing other students have already been admitted but stay hopeful because they still have plenty of room left in the summer 2016 cohort! Happy holidays!
