Hey everyone,
I want to apply for csulb nursing program for spring 2015 cohort, is there anybody here who is applying for spring also? Do you think spring cohort is easier to get in?
I was spring cohort and had med surg N250 (2nd semester) and community health (5th semester) during the summer. Yes med surge during the summer was difficult as it also combined advance physical assessment however, community health is essentially an easy semester in general.
I'm a little confused , so you only had med surge in summer ( 2nd semester) ? only one class in summer ?

No - I just referred to Med Surg because it was the biggest class basically with lecture and 12 hour clinical days.
However, I also had physical assessment class (with clinicals as well) and Gero...
with that said I know they are switching up the program since they were mandated to cut the number of units down so they got rid of Gero and I do believe added women's health (basically L&D) into 2nd semester - but I am not 100% sure.
You will never just have 1 class.
hey guys , I just completed my supplemental application for CSULB but I didn't get any confirmation number or page ? has anyone completed it yet ? what does the final page of the application look like
I think it's just supposed to show all the page titles and green checkmark next to them and then there's a button you can click to send yourself an email receipt of the application. The email just reviews everything that you wrote on the application

Are you talking about for the School of Nursing? Because if you are I thought we just turned in a packet to them with our transcripts and the application filled out which we get online.
Or are you talking about the application to CSULB on CSUMentor? If so, I thought that was due by August 31st?
For the School of Nursing:
1) Application + transcripts from all colleges + teas transcript sent to csulb. This is due September 15th
For Cal State Long Beach:
1) CSU mentor application. This was due August 31st.
2) Supplemental application for CSULB. This was available since September 2nd and the deadline is September 22nd
Hi everyone! I also applied for CSULB for Spring 2015. I'm super bummed that they don't count plus/minus because I had two B+ grades. That would have brought my score up to a 9.46, but without plus/minus grading my score will be a 9.30.

Ok.. thank you for that.. so each, fall and spring trimesters, have pitfalls to overcome... that is the beast of the Trimester Schedule...
And it does really suck that cal grants will not consider covering summer semesters. That's gonna be about $12,000 guaranteed in loans or out of pocket payments...
