CSULB Spring 2015

Published

Hey everyone,

I want to apply for csulb nursing program for spring 2015 cohort, is there anybody here who is applying for spring also? Do you think spring cohort is easier to get in?

Well, I found out about 2 days after the interview by E-mail that I was accepted into the program. They tell you it may take 2-3 weeks, but they emailed us in about 2- 3 days after the interview. Just stay calm, be yourself, and pay attention. alright, I gotta get back to the studies. If you have any other pertinent questions, don't be afraid to ask.

Anyone else in group B at 10am?:)

Specializes in NICU.

I am! :)

What is the difference between group A and B ?

I think it's just a matter of when you called for the appointment, because I was in Group B, but I rescheduled and she put me in Group C now, or it's random. No idea. :banghead:

Just got confirmed for next Wednesday!! I'll be in group C at 10!

what's your score ?

Specializes in SRNA, ICU and Emergency Mursing.

The score has nothing to do with the group. Some of the highest scores got group B, and lowest got group A.

I think that this just separates us into smaller groups for the communication exercise. There will be about 80 people, we can ALL communicate with EVERYBODY. it would take all day.

Maybe limorgan can chime in on this one?

Basically, it is to break you up into smaller groups of 6 or so. If they would get all of you (about 100 total) throughout the day, they would never get done.

I figured we had to just be separated to save time. Almost 100 people would take all day, and this is only supposed to be an hour long….

What I still don't understand is how the people who say they had low scores were called for the interview?

I think the lower scores are alternates
