Hello everyone,

I'm applying for CSULB this Spring, transferring from Palomar College. Just finish all of the application today. Anyone else applies this Spring? Good luck to us all :yeah:

Ting, the interviews are designed to find out how each of us communicates and makes sure that we have a good handle on the English language. Typically, they interview 100-110 people and 90 are offered admission and there are several alternates if some of the 90 choose to go somewhere else and decline the offer.

The best thing to do is to go into the interview with a positive attitude and participate in the activities and just relax... Most people who have gone through the interview process have said that it's not stressful and even kind of fun. Hope that helps!!!

Ting, I found a good deal on Jetblue for ~$120 round trip, from Oakland airport. Did you already book with priceline?

I went to jetblue.com. Looks like there are still quite a bit of seats left. Are you planning on returning back to the bay the same day?

I got my interview email today, too!! I applied for last Fall and did not get an invite to interview, so this is exciting/nerve racking! Lol. I set my interview time for Tuesday the 11th at 1pm. Coming from Riverside.

Reading all of the posts from last Fall's thread though, I am scared about the possibility of the program limiting transfer students' acceptance. :-O

I applied far Fall 2011 too but i received a rejection letter instead. So, i reapplied for Spring 2012 but didn't expect anything. I am so chocked and surprise to receive the interview letter today at 12pm. I scheduled for Monday, 10th at 10 am. Thank God, He answered my prayer.

I don't know, but not really good. I got A's in all my prerequesites beside microbiology where I got a B. Teas IV 71% overall and teas math 75%
