Published

Hi everyone! I wanted to start this thread to compare our stats since the deadline to send in the supplemental application is approaching soon. CSULB's program is definitely competitive and I hope I have a chance to get in with my scores!

My stats:

4.0 GE GPA

4.0 Science GPA

92.7% Composite TEAS score

82.1% Reading TEAS score

Best of luck to everyone applying!! We got this!

@tisiphone36 So you recommend the Davis Drug Guide and everything else online? What about the ATI books?

Unfortunately you have to purchase the ATI package in order to do the required modules.

It's split into payments though! I think it's like $500-600 a semester. ?

So it's not $600 up front?

I think it's like $600 up front before school starts and then you have payments for semesters 2-5

Hey guys

Unfortunately, I got denied from the program because I still had some in progress courses. For the people that entered are my stats for Spring 2024 cohort competitive ?

Overll GPA = 3.9

Science GPA = 4.0

TEAS Overall = 85.3 %

TEAS Reading = 82.1 %

Hi, yes your GPA is certainly competitive but I would recommend retaking the TEAS and make your target closer to a 90% and up. Most of the people who were offered admission had over 90% on both the overall and reading scores. I hope that helps!

hello has anyone received any info about the orientation?

Does anyone know What's going to happen during orientation?

hi! for anyone reading this thread in the future, I was waitlisted and just got off of it! I received the email 2 minutes before everyone else received the email about orientation, which was 5 days before orientation itself. my impaction score was 9.5:

Overall GPA = 3.66 (B in stats, and I took AP Lang)

Science GPA = 4.0

TEAS Overall = 92.0 %

TEAS Reading = 91.5 %

I am a transfer student that is not local to the area.

yay, congrats! I got off the waitlist too! I'm also a transfer that's not local -- definitely need to relocate before classes start.
