And I thought you turned yours in right away haha. Well that's good that she emailed you guys. It would be dreadful yo not make it to nursing school because you didn't accept your offer haha

I would have if I remembered haha. I swear I thought all we had to do was accept admissions to the school and pay our fees & do our background check. Missed a step.

but if we choose Trimester, we would finish Spring 2018 and Semester would be Fall 2018?

Have any alternates received an e-mail from SON??

I got an email a couple days ago about the orientation. It just said that to be considered for a spot, it is mandatory to attend the orientation. I also counted the number of email addresses in the thread, there are 33. I wonder how many usually get in in the end.

So apparently I can't get the Flu shot because it's not flu shot season... until september/october. is this true? that's what my doctor said. Unfortunately I got sick so I can't do my TB or get my flu shot today as well as my physical. Bummer.

yeah that sounds about right. They don't come out with the flu shot for the strain of that year until around that time. If you got last year's flu shot that should be fine for now. They won't do your physical because you're sick?

Yeah or maybe because I didn't state that I needed a physical when I made the appointment so the doc wasn't ready for it. So what if you didn't get the flu shot back in Fall 2015? I mean that flu shot expired back in April anyways so how do we even provide them with that info lol

Here's what it says in one of the documents. If we did not get the flu shot for this year, we have to get it by October 15. For now, we upload a missing document file.

Annual - Flu shot: (what is acceptable)

 Post proof if you had it this year; or

 Use a declination of flu vaccine only if you are truly allergic or have another

solid medical reason.

 Proof from your doctor is mandatory.

 Information for incoming fall students only: use a missing document form

if you didn't get one earlier this year and then get it next mid-Autumn term

(October 15).

I was an alternate and just got an acceptance email today. I was #6 on the alternate list in case any other alternates were wondering!

Congratulations!! That makes me so nervous. I am #24 on the list. I don't know if I'll make it :(. But hopefully!
