They just go over info on the program, policies, introduce all of the staff, the nursing clubs, stuff like that. They're not going to send the information on the orientation yet. It's still almost 2 months away.

Oh I see, okays! They said they were going to send it as soon as they found out where the orientation is being held at. Which I didn't think shouldn't have taken that long but I guess we will receive it end of April/ mid-May? We take our ID pics at the orientation right ?

If the schedule is given to us, does that mean we do not have to sign up for classes except for the other general Ed at SOAR?

they didn't have us take the ID pics at the orientation I had went to. Where did you hear that? If we are going to have to take an ID pic that would be good to know ahead of time lol

The CAPSTONE ones. I am not 100% sure, but I heard from other students/people that we had to take one or two higher general ed classes.

It looks like we can start signing up for Soar on April 12. Anyone know which day they're gonna sign up for? I think I'm gonna go July 25.

Hey guys! I'm surprised we haven't done this yet but did anyone want to make a CSULB School of Nursing Cohort facebook page? That way we can start getting to know each other :)

The CAPSTONE ones. I am not 100% sure, but I heard from other students/people that we had to take one or two higher general ed classes.

Well our first capstone is nutrition for nursing and you have to be in the nursing program to take it. So they may just sign us up for that class too, I'm not sure though.

I was going to but everybody will be split amongst trimester and semester and groups as well. I figured it wouldn't be such a great idea until we know where we belong
