Well... I'm officially announcing my resignation from the LA program.

I have decided to start at CSULB in the Spring. For me , personally, there were too many plusses to the LB program.

-It's only 2 years

-no +/- grades

-gives me this fall semester to finish my last history requisite

-If i Attend LB, My job gives me a raise to $18/hr.

Good luck!!

Thank you!

I need to get finished quicker. The drive is gonna be a pain, but part of the sacrifice. Good luck to you all with LA, I am sure it's going to be quite the journey

EMT make $18/hr?

Hello,

I am a recent graduate of the elmn now absn/elmn program at csula. If you have any questions, let me know. I was not aware they added a second cohort that starts in the fall quarter, that's cool. In my day there was one cohort that started each summer. Good luck to you all, you are gonna need it!

EMT make $18/hr?

I quit the ambulance company a long time ago. I am still an EMT but I dont work as one.

I am a science tutor for Los Angeles Mission College. I tutor and do lecture workshops for Anatomy, Physio, Chem, Microbio, and Biology

I am now a Level 3 tutor. We make $15, but once I start upper level university courses (300 and up courses) I get bumped up to Level 4 which gets about $18.

We dont get to our 300 level courses at CSULA until (I think) the 3rd or 4th quarter.

oh i see, nice nice

So about 3 years ago when I was applying for csula son, I was like you guys and was also in one of these forums.

It would have helped to have had a student in the forum to ask questions. I think I know just about everything there is about applying, the whole process after getting accepted, classes, ability to work, etc. I am an open book and would love to help you guys out!

Right now I'm in my last year, almost done!!! and I may actually see some of you guys in the fall on orientation day.

So I totally received the welcome package today even though I gave up my spot sometime in June.

That didn't hurt at all :p

Lol, that's what I mean, seems like CSULA's SON is so non technologically advanced. I already have my schedule and stuff. School starts in 7 days.

Yeah considering that the main lady knew personally why I gave it up I'm surprised it got past her. I'd hate to think I still have my "spot" when there are other eligible people waiting for hope

Didn't get anything in the mail today, is the package thick? Is it mostly to do list or just information?
