CSULA BSN FALL 2019

It may be a bit early, but I wanted to create this forum for all of us students who want to be accepted into CSULA's SON for Fall 2019. We can discuss the TEAS, pre-reqs, deadlines, points, CSU transfer procedures, etc. Let's do this!

Also, I know in the email it said to pay $100 by May something...Has anyone jumped the gun and paid that fee? I know last year, some people did it and ended up going somewhere else/not being accepted into the program and the money wasn't refunded....

I have bc I know for sure that's where I'm going to attend. From what I understand, we're not getting another email in April. So if you got the email, then you've been accepted into the program

We just have to send in our official transcripts for now right? And then wait for the next steps..?

Yes, send official transcripts and pay the $100 deposit! I'm waiting to hear back from other schools before paying the $100 though.

I paid the $100 deposit and sent transcripts the same day that I recieved the acceptance letter haha. But that’s just because CSULA was my number one choice. I don’t get though how they would’ve paid the deposit and not been accepted into the program? Weren’t they asked to pay the deposit because they were accepted?

Mine too! I also think it’s because the official transcripts still have to be recieved.

Congrats to everyone who has been accepted! I’m waiting in agony until Tuesday/Wednesday, ahhh!

Does anyone know if they are going to be sending denial emails? Or is it safe to assume that if you don’t receive anything from them, you were not accepted... :( :( :(

Freaking out if I don’t hear anything from them after next week!
