CSUF EL-MSN 2011

Hi!

I'm about to turn in my application for Cal State Fullerton's EL-MSN 2011 program in person tomorrow (I know...what a procrastinator!). I'm just wondering, are there any CSUF applicants out there? If you turned your application in already, have you heard from the school yet?

Congratulations siberiantiger! That is amazing! You should all buy a lottery ticket since it was very difficult to get into a program. where else did you apply? When are you supposed to find out about mt st mary's? Which one is your first choice?

I got accepted to CSUF today too! Yay! I'm so excited!!

Well, that's the problem I have, although it's a good problem to have. MSMC still need to go through their phone interviews. I applied to Hawaii-Manoa but got rejected. So I'm left with CSULB and CSUF for now. CSUF's facilities and commitment to the program are top-notched. I wish I have checked out the facilities at CSULB and I might check it out next week to help with the decision process.

Congrats psych to nurse, siberiantiger and studentnursela! I was so surprised when I got an acceptance email today. I will probably turn it down to go to CSULB. It's closer to me and offer an FNP program which is my final goal. But after touring CSUF and meeting the staff, it was definitely a hard choice to make. Good luck to everyone wherever they end up. I'm sure CSUF cohort will be an awesome class!

I got an email saying they are pleased to inform me that I have been put on an alternate list for admission. I am so heart broken. I felt like crying when I found out, but I had my preschoolers all around so I had to suck it up and put on a happy face. Congrats to all who did get in!!!

Bamfmom - dont get discouraged, it looks like there are a few people who are going to say no which will definitely open up some spots for you. Keep your hopes up

Bamfmom, I agree with SandyMickey. Do not be discouraged. If the numbers posted on this site were correct you still have a chance to get in. I know many have accepted other schools.

I was in the same boat. All of my pre-reqs were going to become stale. I truly hope this is your year. If not don't give up!
