Hello! I wanted to create a thread for those interested in/planning on applying to the CSUF ABSN Fall 2020 cohort. Applications open up in a couple of days! I just wanted to know how everyone is feeling about themselves and create a place where we can talk about the process.

Hi everyone! I am new on here and just made an account to join into the conversation. I was also accepted for conditional admission! Congratulations to everyone who also received an conditional acceptance letter or been put on the alternative list!!

Hey! Congratulations! I look forward to meeting you in the Fall! To my understanding, Castlebranch sends the results over automatically, so as long as you submit it before tomorrow, you should be good! ?

I know it’s early, but has anybody from the alternate list received an acceptance email? My friend is waitlisted for CSUF but was accepted at CSULA. And I think they have to accept their enrollment soon.

Hi! I believe they will look into applicants on the alternative list sometime next week since they are waiting for conditional admits to accept/decline the offer. CONGRATS to your friend for being accepted into CSULA! I heard their program is amazing especially with the direct-MSN route after the ABSN program.

I am in the alternate list, and I haven't hear anything! Praying for some good news soon... but they say can be until the end of June

I am also in the alternate list for a community college

I know! I told her about that directly-MSN route afterwards but her heart is on CSUF.

Hello there!

quick question.. I am in the alternate list for other school too, and for them, we need to do all the procedures like the other students who already have a spot.

So, I am buying a Castle Branch Package, to do the background check for them..

the question is, will I be able to use this background check for CSUF too in case I need it?

I'm pretty sure you'll have to do a separate one for CSUF.
