CSUEB - Cal State East Bay Nursing BSN Spring 2019

Nursing Students School Programs

Updated:   Published

Hi All,

I was curious to see who else applied for CSUEB for Spring 2019?

I'm curious to see how the transition to semesters and the specific campus for Spring/Fall may have changed applicant pools.

Best of luck to everyone who applied!

I took my gpa divided it by 4 then multiply that number by 50. Then took 35 and multiplied my teas score by that number in the decimal form than added the additional points based on their point system on their brochure. It might not be 100% correct but I think it's pretty close. Were you a native to csueb?

Also in the email there was a part that tells you why you weren't admitted. What did yours say for the reason why?

Hi, Do you think you can add me to the facebook chat?

Hey guys, for those of you that accepted the universty did you pay the enrollment fee first? Because after I payed and tried to Accept my Admissions it says something like this:

All admitted students must accept their offer of admission to Cal State East Bay to secure their place in the entering class. If you are not yet admitted, check your Personal To Do List for items to submit or complete. For any further questions, please call the Office of Admission at (510) 885-3500.

Did anyone else get this? or After you pay the fee you can immediately accept admissions on the left tab?

I dont get the native nor the experience extra kicker. I only get the send language, but thats only 5 points, so my total comes up at 82 which is not good at all. The email says that is because my points were not as high as the other students or something like that... what about yours?

Yeah mine said the same thing but some of the people here have said they got in with a lower gpa and slightly higher teas score with volunteer experience. And both volunteer and being native is 15 points so my score should be about the same as there's.

Yea, your score sounds pretty solid... did you only apply to east bay?

No I applied to a few more schools. How about you?

To which other schools did you apply to? I applied to Stan state, Sac state, Chico, and East bay

Hey everyone! I recently just got my letter of acceptance and I am really excited to meet the new cohort!

I live about 10 minutes away! Living so far from the highways, the Concord campus is beyond ideal.

Exactly! We are so lucky!
