CSU Long Beach BSN Spring 2023

Hi everyone! I know application cycle starts in August but I wanted to create this forum just in case somebody has questions and perhaps share some stats. 

Mine are:

Science GPA: 4.0

Cumulative GPA: 4.0

TEAS Composite: 98.0

TEAS Reading: 93.6

I hope we can create a group chat of some sort so it's easier for us to communicate whenever someone has questions during the application period!

I am also a little bit anxious that my responses may not have been sufficient. However, from past forums, I've read that the communication exercise isn't as intense as we are making it out to be. They simply want to see if you can speak and write coherently. I also read that it is supposed to be pass/fail and as long as your responses made decent sense, then you will pass. Hopefully this can ease some nerves. Best of luck to all ☺️

I don’t think I babbled too much but looking back I could’ve answered my question a lot better so I’m just worried…hopefully we hear some good news soon! best of luck to everyone!?

Same here! Afterwards, I thought about a million different ways I could have answered my question but honestly, the past is in the past now and dwelling on it won't change it unfortunately, so let's just keep our heads up and hope for the best! Chances are we did better than we think- we tend to be our own worst critic anyway❤️ Hoping to see you all at CSULB!

good luck to those who still have yet to do the exercise, and for those who have already done it, I’m sure you did amazing! how many people would you say were in the breakout rooms and were some questions repeated or was everyone given a unique question? (I’m at 3pm :))

oh okay, thank you! kind of worried because I didn’t really prepare since I’ve heard it’s something you can’t really prepare for, yet I feel like I should probably go over some basic interview questions right now. either way, don’t really know what to expect so just feeling anxious!

I just got an email for a second interview...did anyone else get one? I don't have a good feeling about it ?

A second interview?? I didn’t get one, but I can’t think of a second interview being a bad thing??
