CSN Spring 2015

Is anyone applying for Spring 2015 Nursing Program 2015? I applied for Fall 2014 with 37 points and will be applying for Spring 2015 with 38 points. Does anyone have pointers for the application process? Has anyone gone to the limited entry workshop? I have been discouraged, and need some uplifting information.

I just called and she said if you havent heard anything by the first of next week to call, so I think were still on for Thursday, and I asked about the points - she said she could not say!

It's best to call the nursing dept. They will know everything at this point :) good luck peeps! Hopefully you get the great news this week!

I was told the same thing that it was the last week in October! - It seems wrong to keep dragging it out, what if your not accepted you have to have time to make other plans, I think Ill be fine, but Im still very nervous. What number is everyone calling?

I don't understand why they drag it out. I'm sure they know who the lucky ones are by now. I'm sure they are always inundated with calls around this time of the year so why not just tell people?

Another thing to ask when you call would be about the selection committee and whether or not they have met/finalized the list of accepted students.

They said they have not, and I did speak to someone in head of the dept.

they told you the committee hasn't met or finalized a list yet? I wonder if they are saying that to throw you off from calling or they really are going to go thru all those application packets in 24 hours?

Yes thats what I thought, because they have had two months to do all this. There really isnt alot of people on this thread who knows how many actually applied and are calling like crazy.

Go to the School of Nursing, then click Registered Nurse program. On the opening page if you scroll down a bit you will see program requirements. Click that and it will give you a breakdown on the point system. Its all based on GPA and what classes you have completed. It's really easy to figure out. Good luck!

What does your last name start with? I have 40 points and no call.....yet. I have to go to class in 1/2 hour. How am I going to be able to pay attention??
