Hello, everyone I'm new to this forum and I'm applying to CSN for Spring 2014. I was wondering if there are any other hopefuls out there?
Hi everyone...I'm a Spring 2014 hopeful for CSN...love this website...it helped me so much when I was preparing for the TEAS...good luck to us all...can't wait for October to get here!
Hi emb0710! Good luck to you, these are going to be 2 very long months for us! Cant wait to find out! How many points did you have and did you apply for regular or extended track?
I would wait on getting your TB and physical done until the fall semester ends. If you get it now, you will need to have it done twice before you finish. If you wait, you will only have to get one more time (that's of you're a full-time student. Both are good for one year only. Your hep a, varicella, tdap and those are good for the whole program though. Once you're accepted, I'll give you all a list of what you need and what you don't need :)
I am going part time, so I don't think it should matter timewise. It's covered by the insurance anyway. Most of the vaccinations I got done as a kid and they do accept it. So those of you who have gotten most of these once in a lifetime vaccinations, you are good to go.
I talked to the woman in the limited entry office, practically crying, over the sub/waiver form that I was not alllowed to add to my packet after i submitted it. She told me that I will not be denied for not having the sub form for taking Math 100B instead of Math 120. I did go ahead and start the process so it'll be sent on to admissions and registration. She told me next semester is when you will be denied without it and -10 points for taking MATH 100B. So i'm just hoping she was giving me correct info and that it'll go good for me. I applied with 31 or 30 points and would hate to be denied over a darn sub form. which it does not say to do on the checklist, btw. I'm pretty worried so maybe once October comes around the sinking pit in my stomach will ease

They seem to always have to change the requirements. I found out earlier in the year they were taking out Math 100B, which looks like they had to make a process in doing so. I bet there are many people out there who don't know about it or are trying to take Math 120 as a replacement. It's ridiculous if you ask me and Math 120 counts as a GPA. I will never forget taking it and receiving a 89.7% The teacher refused to bump me up to an A. Anyway, their reason for Math 120 taking over is it apparently better prepares the students for the program. It's getting harder.
Hi...I applied with 28 points for the regular track...hoping it will be enough!
I have looked through so many forums from past years of people talking about getting in. I have seen a few get in with 26 points and some alternates get in as well. As the days go by, I feel like I left something out of my application form, but I can't worry. I have faith we will all get in.

I got As on both so it shouldn't be an issue. I just can't for the life of me remember what math I put down!
