Hey S.m.a.r.t I'm at the U of C. What did you want to know?

CRNE in Toronto will be held at 5th Hall International Center, 6900 Airport Road, Mississauga on Oct 5, 2011. Good Luck!

I think you misunderstood me. There were 200 questions but it was actually 112/180. Twenty questions were experimental; they do not count. Even if the person got over 50% on the June 2011 exam, there is still a possibility that they failed.

Hello to all!

I just wanted to give my 2 cents on this CRNE fiasco!

I wrote the June exam & failed. According to the performance profile they provided. The total maximum points was 176. The exam was out of 176... 112/176 = 64% I am not sure why they say that there are only 20 experimental questions if that is not the case... I wonder how many there will be for October exam.

I am feeling so frustrated. I have studying as much as I can, getting up very early to study. I have done numerous practice exams and I still manage to only get 66-69% I don't know how to improve my scores... I hate how most of the questions will have 2 answers that you will lean towards. I ALWAYS END UP PICKING THE WRONG ONE. lol.

Anyways, I wish good luck to all who are writing it. I can't believe how soon it is.

Read the question thoroughly, understand what it is exactly asking you. Read all the answers and pick one. Then look at the back for rationales and again, read them thoroughly.

hi everyone, im from ireland and sitting the crnes in toronto in February 2012. I have been doing the Q's in the CRNE prep guide and reading the competencies. Is there a better way of studying? i was thinking of doing an area a week, like GI, Cardiac etc. theres just soo much to cover!! Would appreciate any recommendations. Thanks!

Just got home after the exam, it was so difficult. I cried while walking my way home. This is my second take.. I just don't know what to say... I feel terrible now :crying2:

This was also my second take of the exam and I am not too sure how I feel about it either. There were alot of questions that I thought there was more than one answer. I am just hoping that I picked mostly right answer and that I can get a passing percentage. I do not want to do this again.

Maybe you should review the earlier thread for tips or wait for CRNE Feb 2012. This is CRNE Oct 5 2011 and we just did the exams today. We are having all different sorts of emotions as of this time so please.....:uhoh3:

I am sitting the February 2012 exam, and am just wondering naturally, what sort of questions were asked in the most recent exam. I am not asking for replies today!!
