Hi everyone, Im an Irish nurse preparing for the CRNEs for February 2012 in Toronto. Didnt see any thread for this exam in February, so thought id start one. How is everyone preparing? Im using the CRNE prep guide doing Qs and studying the competencies. Any tips/advice? Happy studying!!

I wouldn't count on that! I've been out of school nearly 18 years and I still have to write at least a couple of exams every year as part of my continuing competence and unit-specific certifications.

Yes I agree. There will always be more exams. I wrote one for my geriatrics certification, one for IV therapy, and a few more for unit specific courses. All these in less than 2 years.

anyone who called the CNO regarding when they will mail-out the results? i'm sooo nervous.

just tried calling was just left on hold.im waiting for them in ireland.

are you still on hold right now? It will really take long like 30mins hold before they can answer, just be patient and plsss update us if any. :) Thanks a lot.

too expensive to stay on hold that long calling from Ireland! But if I hear anything ill post it. If anyone else could do the same would be great!Its been an awful wait!

last Feb CRNE 2011, the results were mail-out after 5weeks and 1day. Today is our 5th week, I hope we can receive some good news from the CNO in the next couple of days. Goodluck to each and everyone :)

Hello Harjit what college/province are you pertaining to? is it the CNO? or the ARNPEI? because the ARNPEI posted their result last friday afternoon.

I called the CNO customer service yesterday, and she told me that they still don't have an update when they gonna post the result.
