Hey everyone, I have started a thread for the 2021 CRNA cohort at the University of Miami. I could not seem to find one for this application cycle.
I have just applied and am hoping I get an interview.

I am frustrated b/c the last time I was rejected, I inquired about what to do to strengthen my application and I was told to take a graduate level science course. I know this doesn't guarantee admission b/c each year you're up against a different pool of qualified applicants but I feel it was all in vain. Anyways, the advice I will give you (that has been given to me) is to stay positive, stay motivated and continue to work towards your goal of becoming a CRNA. UM is just one of many schools. I know people that have been rejected many many times and they've never given up. Some are CRNA'a now and some are still applying. Good luck.
JKRenee,
I have not received any decision letter yet. I was just saying that this is my second year applying to CRNA schools but my first time in UM. I applied to 3 schools last year and got an interview from 1, and I applied to 4 schools this year including UM and received an interview from 2 schools. I was waitlisted in one school but seems like I am out since they’re about to start classes this month. Good luck on your journey. We will get there as long as we do not give up and work harder on ourselves to be more competitive. I will post it here whether I get in or not. Anyone who receive their decision letter please post it here as well. I have not seen anyone posting acceptance letter yet in this thread. I hope to see some positive news soon. Thanks!

I got many rejection letters in three years of applying, don't get deterred you will get in. You may need to apply to more schools and further away, but don't give up
