Hello everyone,

I have started the application process for the BSN to DNP Anesthesia Track program at University of Miami that will start January 2019. It would be nice to know who else is applying to compare information, help one another, and start getting to know our classmates. Feel free to comment! :)

Good luck to everyone who had the interview today !!! hope it went great . Does anyone know when the next interview date is in may . Still waiting for that call .. anybody still waiting to be called like me ???

Inteview went well! She said it could take about 1 month for that acceptance letter though! Good luck to everyone!

How long did the entire interview process take?

Does anyone want to detail how their interview went?

I had my interview on April 3rd. They asked if I knew what I would like to research for my capstone and from there I was being quizzed about the subject clinically. The interview went left from there. Didn't have a chance to discuss the case I had in mind. It's a doable interview. I just didnt do well. I was very nervous...

What made the interview go left? Were they asking clinical questions that you were unable to answer?

How far left did it go?

I couldn't stop rambling. I was taking at 100 mph. I was so flustered!! I had to switch the subject from my capstone to a subject I know well which is open heart as I'm a OH RN. From there it got better. I know my stuff my nerves got to me. I even second guessed my self self on dose rate for Levophed a drug I almost use daily. My answer was correct and the interviewer had to say yes is mcg/min!

I cant blame you. Once you are there it is your last chance to sell your self. There isnt one last essay to submit or transcript to send. It almost feels like its all or nothing.

It took maybe 30-40 min.

hello, just joining in now, but I've submitted my application beginning of march, was just wondering if anyone has applied before and know how long it takes to get any sort of response from them? its only april and the wait is killing me :dead:
