  1. For Nursing Students - Do you feel you are taught how to critically think by your nursing professors/instructors?

      Yes! My school/professors/instructors taught me how to critically think.
    • Kind of... I learned that we must use critical thinking, but I am not sure I really know how.
    • No! Although I've heard the words "Critical Thinking", I have no idea what that means.

  2. For Nursing Professors/Instructors - Do you feel that your program does a good job of developing critical thinking in your students?

      Yes! We offer specialized critical thinking focused assignments, curriculum, consortiums, and workshops throughout the nursing program.
    • Kind of... It's difficult to teach critical thinking. Some students are better at it than others.

      Not really. Since the content presented in a very fast-paced manner, it is difficult to structure assignments surrounding application and analysis leveled questions, case scenarios and simulation.
    • No! Most assignments and curriculum is designed at the recognition/recall and comprehension level. Students can barely retain enough material to pass their exams.
