Hey there, I posted this under graduate nurses but maybe I'll have more luck here!

I'm just wondering if anyone has interviewed for this program and is awaiting the phone call or email from them with the results this week?? I'm going out of my mind staring at my phone waiting for a call.... I kind of want to call them Friday if they haven't called by then (wish I could do it today!!) Let me know if anyone else is in the same boat or have already heard from them

I never heard anything from Parkland but I accepted a position at another hospital. The position I accepted was offered to me 2 weeks after I was told to expect a call so I think waiting is just a reality for us GNs. Everyone needs to hang in there until they actually receive a rejection email/call because you never know when you will get the good call!!

I found out that I was on the alternate list last week but I had already accepted another position at another hospital as well.

So I finally called and found out that I'm an alternate. I never got the email and it isn't in my spam either, so I guess I'm going to be calling every couple of weeks to make sure I didn't miss some email correspondence! Anyone else hear???

I received an email saying that I wasn't chosen for the ER residency but then like 3 hours later I got a call saying that I was on their alternate list as well. Would have been nice to know BEFORE I got the email. I've accepted a position as well at another facility.

Congratulations to those who have jobs, and those who were accepted. Can anybody give me more information about the internship and the requirements/qualifications? There was a flyer up at my school, but I didn't know if it was outdated or not? If someone could let me know GPA requirements or anything I'd greatly appreciate it. I don't graduate until Dec, but I'd still love to know to get a hang of it. If this is the CC Internship, the 28 week one, and it only starts in August what would I do until then? Anything would be helpful. Thanks
