Cricothyrotomy kits on crash carts?

Does your facility keep cricothyrotomy kits on crash carts? I'm getting info that it's not standard, which seems odd to me. Just trying to survey the landscape and see what others are doing.

No, we keep ours on our traveling emergency airway carts that anesthesia brings to emergency intubations.

Nor do we. We have 24 hour ENT coverage.  If they are paged to an airway emergency it is included in their emergency kit.

No.

They are located in airway boxes (portable) and for ED they are also in trauma/resus room cabinets.

Not standard here either. For emergent intubations, anesthesia brings a backpack with airway gear, so maybe something might be in there.
