2017 National Nurses Week - 7 Days of Giveaways

It's always a good day when I turned your frown upside down. :)

No Falls or Skin Tears.... its been a good day!

I may have broken my ankle running to that code today but my goodness we saved Francis!!

FYI: I did break my ankle that day!

No falls........cool. alert and oriented X 1 changed to alert and oriented X 2........awesome. Rm 3 urinated in his urinal and not in his coffee cup........ecstatic. MD walks in at shift change and says " a round of ativan for everyone! "........priceless

I made my patient laugh and that is a good thing because "laughter is the best medicine."

Colostomy bag exploded none on my shoes! All I do is win win win!!!

Why yes. I'd love to give great-nana some of that IV dilala.

When your shift has finally ended and that one patient who called you for the entire shift to " rub my back, fix that pillow, remove the sheet from my legs, cover back my legs, plug in the charger for my phone and hand me my phone its behind my pillow" says to you "thank you nurse........ And then you smile. "See you tomorrow nurse."

When that new admit rolls in at change of shift

The look you give when you make it through a shift without having to page any doctors!

You know it's been a great day when you've had lunch, bathroom breaks & leaving work on time!
