You can report it....just click on the right side of the ad on craigslist. That will report them and craigslist will research it
miscategorized - wrong category/site, discusses another ad, otherwise misplaced
prohibited - violates craigslist Terms of Use or other posted guidelines
spam/overpost - posted too frequently, in multiple cities/categories, or is too commercial
I agree that you should report it to the craigslist site, I report stuff on that site almost every time I use it for something. My favorite was when I was looking for appartments and I would run across the "straight, white, baptists, able-bodied persons only" ads for renters by landlords. Soo ******* illegal. I only hope that somebody is paying attention to that little report button.
in most u.s. jurisdictions, it is a crime to represent yourself as a licensed person when you do not hold that license. i would report the poster to your board of nursing. licensing exists to protect the public from inadequately qualified practitioners. a person who offers rn services without adequate training and testing is a threat to the health and safety of those for whom she cares. that is why this is a crime, and why, imo, you should report it to the appropriate regulatory body in your jurisdiction. we have a duty to protect the public from incompetent practitioners!

I saw an ad on craigslist just now: "RN available to care for your loved one" and when I clicked on it it said: New York State Certified Nurse Aide available to care for your loved ones, call now for reasonable rates.
I'm wondering why the title said RN and the content said nurse aide. Should I shoot this person an email saying that she shouldn't be misleading and confusing people-or should I mind my own business?
Thanks!
