Hey everyone,
I know that this is not the current topic, but does anyone know of an online CPR/BLS recertification?
Thanks! :)
you can get pins and channing L. Bete.........They are 3 bucks each. I think world point also sells them. Got to http://www.acls.net I think they have a link.. THey also have them on ebay alot
Sorry if you misunderstood what I was writing about. Your classes are different then what is done for the lay public. You are teaching health care personnel. The classes that are usually advertised in newspapers are for the lay public. Just wanted to make sure that the poster was aware that there is a difference. Same thing with the classes taught at the YMCA.
Actually we do teach to the lay public. We even do free classes for heartsaver BLS and basic first aid to the public. We charge for the professional level classes.
We do not advertise, we usually give out the information at safety fairs and through the schools. :)
Right now everyone is focused on hurricane safety. The state has even declared a tax free week for plywood, generators, flashlights and batteries.
I did an online BLS renewal thing awhile back and they gave me two places to do the hands on testing. I called both places and they didn't do it or they didn't do it very frequently. Those places, however, recommended several people to do it, but they had no idea about the online thing and would charge their own fee anyway. The online cert. was like lighting my money on fire. Won't do it again.

Hi,
thanks for the info. I recently recerted my ACLS & my facility does not have any of the red pins. Do you know where I could get one?
