CPNE study guide

I believe I have read every thread on here about the CPNE study guide and none of it prepared me for what it actually looks like. I am in a slight state of shock, the thing is massive. Ok deep breath, I found a website, best value copy, I got all 536 pages in b/w with 3-hole punch for 28.50 including shipping. Use the coupon on the home page. Good luck everyone!

Back in the day the school used to mail a printed copy to students. It was printed single-sided and was in a huge binder. It used to be nicknamed "the carjack" because it was big enough to jack up a car to change a tire. Lol

Where did you get the guide??

Where did you get the guide??

Students get access to the most current guide once deemed eligible for CPNE. It's not to be shared.

I found it...I didn't realize I had access to portal.

Thanks studentmom for the printing deal!

I downloaded it to my computer and tablet. Always have it with me. I also have the audio CD in my car. Listen to everyday on the way to work.

Do either of you plan on using a 3rd party workshop to help study?

I do want to do a workshop, I'm leaning towards CPNE bootcamp in Miami. How about you?

Me too! I'm also considering Sherri's online workshop to use in the interim.

Yes once I read the study guide I will be signing up for Sheri's online workshop for a few months as well. We have the same study plan lol, when are you planning on taking the in-person workshop. I am scared about timing it right, not too soon but not too late.

I'll be applying to NY locations so I'd like to go 1-2 mths before so not sure exactly cause I don't have a date. Working on the documentation and hoping to apply next week. Where are you in the process?

I PM'd you studentmom

I'm leaning that way as well. Have you checked the "CPNE Rate your workshop" on facebook? Also Sherri has a careplan plan book on Kindle "Care Plan Study Guide: How to Write Passing Care Plans for the CPNE". for 99 cents. It's pretty good in my opinion. She also has a condensed version of Study Guide. I downloaded it but haven't printed or looked at it yet.
