Thanks for the link LunahRN, pretty good stuff.
I have been getting emails now for the grid so for others I attached my grid for you. It is a word doc. so you can use it as a template and change things around for yourself. I highlighted in yellow things I will always leave in place and white will be the areas that change depending on what is assigned.
Hope this helps anybody who needs it.

People that passed the CPNE...what is the test day like. Are you given scenarios or are you just giving return demonstrations. I just applied to the program and this test is really scaring me already
It's not just one day, it's over 3 days -- 4 simulation labs on day 1 and and 3 patient care situations (PCSs) on days 2 and 3 -- two adults, one ped. Each PCS includes writing a careplan, implementing the careplan and performing the selected and required areas of care, then documenting and evaluating.

The PCSs are done on real patients who agree to take part beforehand. The test is not scenarios or return demos. As a matter of fact, the clinical examiners are not allowed to teach, only to evaluate.
Is it tough? Yes, mostly because of the stress. You'll be asked to to basic assessments, basic management, functioning as a first-day GN would. Is it do-able? Absolutely. :)
