Cpcc nursing program 2016

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone was applying for spring 2016 admissions for the RN program at CPCC?

If if so could you share your points and teas scores.

havent taken teas yet but take on July 21st really hoping to get good score . Also does classes in progress count as far as points I have everything except English 114 & math I have around (15 points ) I took stats but I'm not sure if it's acceptable .

Hey there! I was wondering if you could tell me what the admissions points are based on? From what i understand on the CPCC website, it looks like its all dependent on your TEAS score? But then I see some people talking about points for previous classes taken but I don't see anything about that on the website. What did you have when you got accepted? Im applying for the Fall 2016 semester! Thank you! :)

CPCC gives up to 20 points for completed General Ed classes. The other 30 points come from your Teas, for a total of 50 points. Once the Fall 2016 application is up, you will see the page where you will enter your Teas score and general Ed grades and it will calculate your score. Most classes are 3 points, but Bio classes are 4 points. Grades A-C are accepted but the points are the same regardless of what you earned. This could possibly change if they re-evaluate pre-reqs for Fall 2016.

I applied and was accepted for the Spring 2016 cohort. I had 43 points.

Congratulations! Do you know if that was typically how many points most people had? Or were people admitted with less? I have all of my pre reqs done except the anatomy I and II so I would be missing at least 8 of the points.

I don't know what anyone else scored, but CPCC has changed there Teas requirements. They are a few points lower. You can see the changes under frequently asked questions on the nursing website.

Hi, guys

I wonder, if i have taken some credit courses at QUEEN and now want to apply for nurse at CPCC can you include your grade in an application form for those courses or not?
