Hello,
I was wondering if anyone was applying for spring 2016 admissions for the RN program at CPCC?
If if so could you share your points and teas scores.
havent taken teas yet but take on July 21st really hoping to get good score . Also does classes in progress count as far as points I have everything except English 114 & math I have around (15 points ) I took stats but I'm not sure if it's acceptable .
Thanks in advance ☺ï¸
Hey All!
I wanted to say hello, as I too was recently accepted into the Nursing Program at CPCC for Spring 2016. I have surfed allnurses for a few years and promised that I would join once accepted into a program. Alas, I am here. I didn't receive my acceptance letter until yesterday, so seeing all of you accepted on Friday had me a little bummed, but it was worth the wait.
See you all in October for orienation

Trying not to freak out until 11:59 PM on Friday. Hopefully they wont keep us in suspense for a whole month!
CPCC is the most affordable school I've seen as well. I'm leaning towards not working too, even though I could probably manage a part time job. Just afraid that work will take away from my studies or pose complications. I would need to take out loans though for some living expenses at the very least.
Torey851 - I was considering the same line of thought. If I did work I was thinking about being a CNA or waiting tables. At least with waitressing I wouldn't feel awful if I had to quit mid-semester for some reason. But CNA would probably help a little bit as work experience on a resume.. and help familiarize us more with basic skills. Haven't worked as a CNA yet outside of clinicals when getting certified.
