Countdown roll call

Published

As of today I have 99 days of this hell left!

Same here. I have a contract date, I will be contacting the day before to make sure that button gets pushed in the morning. 56 days. Tic tock.

42 days today. Day 50 made my heart sing. 40 should feel the same. I'm thinking when I hit 30 I won't be able to stop smiling.

Woo hoo!!! You are almost there!!! Hang in and God’s speed

It's going pretty quick Spanked. I thought it would drag, but it's flying!!

I'm rooting for all of you!!!

36 days, and I got word from my case manager, I was good to countdown with the expectation of being done on my contract date. These last 50 days have been riding cloud nine!!

Awesome!

71 day’s here. Haven’t heard word 1 from mine. It’s still early yet, though. The less I have contact with those people the better. Less opportunities for me to insert foot into mouth.??.

26 days!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just tested Tuesday, so hoping when the test come back, my case worker will be like okay you're done. C'mon let me out two weeks early. I've hit my maximum 18 tests for the step down year. Oh well, what's 3 weeks after all these years.

Makes me wonder how people in prison handle their last 2 weeks.

June 19th was my count down to zero. Now they petition, that could take ages. What I’d like to hear is , how does it feel to be done with this program. I’ve been in it for so long, I won’t know how to act/ react.

29 days and counting......have a question though. I've been reading a lot of posts about all these different types of testing (blood, peth, hair and nails). I am in the 1 year program and I've only had urine tests. Is there some type of reasoning behind what types of testing is done? Just curious and was wondering if anyone is also in the South Carolina program.

It’s all random, don’t ya know. //sarcasm”

I’m coming down to the end of 5 years, thank the deity of your choice. I thought it would never get here. Back last year, mine inexplicably added expensive blood testing (a bit invasive if you ask me) presumably for alcohol. Rather hilarious (I learned long ago, you just have to laugh at the sheer audacity/idiocy or both) for someone who gags at the thought of alcohol.

I have put money aside, just to in case they do something dumb like ask for ridiculous testing like that. I guess them being up my **** for 5 years hasn’t been enough. They think they might have missed something.

As far as reasoning? I wouldn’t bother asking. There isn’t any.
