COS Visalia Fall 2021 applicants

Hello, I didn’t see a forum for College of the sequoias applicant Pool for fall 2021. I wanted to start this one and see if we can keep each other sane during the waiting period. Good luck to everybody applying!

Does anyone know if they base your application solely on total points or if they factor in your level of education as well? My points are not as high as I would like, so I’m nervous about getting accepted.

COS is solely off points. They factor in your level of education with points. It looks and sounds like if you have 70+ points you’re in good shape. How many points to you have?

I agree, the wait is depressing. I’m mostly looking forward to FCC’s tbh because I feel I don’t have the points for COS.

I haven’t received anything yet either. I’m not feeling too good about it. Do we know if they send out regular letters to everyone or if those that get accepted get a packet or something? Need to know what to expect when something arrives ?
