Hello, I didn’t see a forum for College of the sequoias applicant Pool for fall 2021. I wanted to start this one and see if we can keep each other sane during the waiting period. Good luck to everybody applying!

I submitted mine in person, and they gave me a receipt

I called and asked when we would hear back because I had no clue. She said we will receive an email once they receive our applications, but I haven't gotten anything yet. Maybe its too soon? I tracked it and it said they received it on the 1st.

When does it say we will hear back?

My email said we should receive something via U. S. Mail by April 1st. Maybe they haven’t got to it? Since it was the end of the application period I can imagine they had a lot of applications coming in. Hopefully you will receive something soon!

Hello! So if my math is correct, I'm applying with 81 points. I am however applying for the LVN to RN seats. I'm anxiously awaiting hearing anything back!

Did you ever get the email? I turned my application in person and received a receipt, however, I never received an email. Maybe because I turned it in person?

Hey guys,

 

I submitted mine and the waiting game sucks. I applied to SJVC and got offered a seat. COS is super competitive, I applied with a  A.A. 3.89 science GPA and an 84% on my TEAS. point total 68.5. This is my 6th year applying to COS. I'm obviously taking the seat at SJVC, but wanted to share my experience. This years TEAS SCORE was updated from a 74%. Don't get discouraged!

Hey, first of all, congrats on your acceptance to SJVC. 6 years applying, wow. That is insane. I’m so happy you finally got in. However, it makes me sad knowing you had such a good GPA and and TEAS score and still hadn’t gotten in. That gives me less hope. Blessings to you in your nursing program and career!

Hello everyone, 

My first time applying to COS. Glad there is a forum made for this application period. So I applied with 73.5. Didn't do great on my TEAS as it was proctor and froze on me so I didn't finish last 15 mins of my test ?. TEAS score of 78% and Pre Req GPA 4.0 Hoping to get in. Applying for the LVN to RN. I spoke to the college and they said that they are expecting just as many applicants as last time around.
