what is considered difficult question

i knew that prioritizing and delagation is consired difficult question...but i only have a few of those ....i have a bunch of PT. teaching though...is that mean im doing bad?? that why they keep trowing pt. teaching question?

me too! last question was sata, tons of pharm and patient teaching... but few prioritization...

I got lots and lots of SATA questions on my NCLEX (about 40 % of my test) After the test I felt like you, but my virtual ATI instructor told me that it was a good sign because that means I was operating at a high level . I took the test on April 28 in CA, so I will get my result in few weeks. I'll let you know as soon as I get it. :wink2:

aww... i hope thats a good sign... but i was thinking i also had some facts question, and i know thats an easy level though.. waaah! so im kinda in between... i dont know..

The test picks up your weak points and will keep asking question on it until it feels you are either sufficient to pass or sufficient to fail

Hi there, I am confused by your post. I thought that the categories of questions had nothing to do with pass or failing, but rather answering questions of any category at a high level is all that is needed? Nowhere, throughout all my prep time with Kaplan and Saunders did it say the test picks your weak category and asks you more of that category, but rather it ranomly selected questions based on the level of difficulty, and not the category. I am extremely nervous then if you are right, because I just took the test today and got about 133 questions and got med questions over and over again with SATAs mixed up in the middle.. so does that mean I failed because it kept giving me med questions?

I think that select all that apply questions are really hard because you have to really know the information and be confident in your answer. I always have problems with them because I always think that it has to be just 3 answers which is sometimes not the case.
