Congress counting the votes - what to drink?

Off today after a series of brutal shifts. Plan on watching congress count the votes. While it starts at 1pm est (which happens to be my time zone), I will consider it to be after 5pm.

So, what to drink? It’s politics, so I’m leaning towards scotch, but which comes out of the cabinet? Choices include suntory toki which is a smooth blend, like getting punched in the face by a fruit salad, glenfiddich 18, a silky single malt or macallan 18, another delightful single malt. Another option is to go american with buffalo trace bourbon which is like drinking dessert. 

Thoughts?

Single silly malt...

The show will start at 0900 here in the interior of Alaska.  I'll have Irish Cream in my coffee.

Yes, OP, I am off too after many hard shifts!  I plan to drink tea with my popcorn! ?

I’d vote for something non-alcoholic. The ERs don’t need to be overwhelmed with alcohol poisonings ??
