Happy Friday!
I had an interview yesterday for a position a peds caridac unit and the manager did not ask me any behavioral questions. I have been a nurse for 3.5 years and this is the first interview I have had where they did not ask those types of questions. I felt like she was so rushed and and came off rude. This is the job I have been waiting for and it was such a disappointment. I was so prepared and felt like she did not want anything to do with me. I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone before? I know she had interviewed other people for the position and it seemed like she had already made up her mind before I even got there. Its just frustrating.

Sorry mollyk23
Hopefully you will get a call back. I try to keep in mind if something is "meant to be" or not. Maybe this one wasn't "THE One". The perfect job is out there for you.
You never know. When I dropped off my application at my dream job, I didn't even get an interview. I was told they weren't currently hiring. 2 months later, they called me back for an interview since another nurse gave 2 weeks notice. And now I work there. :) Good vibes, prayers, and crossed fingers that you get the job you want soon.
