confused about interview yesterday

I had an interview yesterday for a position a peds caridac unit and the manager did not ask me any behavioral questions. I have been a nurse for 3.5 years and this is the first interview I have had where they did not ask those types of questions. I felt like she was so rushed and and came off rude. This is the job I have been waiting for and it was such a disappointment. I was so prepared and felt like she did not want anything to do with me. I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone before? I know she had interviewed other people for the position and it seemed like she had already made up her mind before I even got there. Its just frustrating.

Hopefully you will get a call back. I try to keep in mind if something is "meant to be" or not. Maybe this one wasn't "THE One". The perfect job is out there for you. :yes:

You never know. When I dropped off my application at my dream job, I didn't even get an interview. I was told they weren't currently hiring. 2 months later, they called me back for an interview since another nurse gave 2 weeks notice. And now I work there. :) Good vibes, prayers, and crossed fingers that you get the job you want soon. :up:
