confused with BVNPT requirements, please help

i just started looking up info on the requirements for LVN in California having been married my lovey who migrated recently... and i was wondering if for the initial application, do i need to submit both the record of nursing program form and the record of nursing experience, or will the nursing program be enough? i graduated last 2007, and sadly my paid nursing experience is only 20months (the rest being volunteer works).

Kabayan, look under the "Nurse Registration"...there's plenty of discussions, lots of how-to's fill in the blanks. It's all been repeated over and over several times in a few threads.

You are welcome... =) you might want to try this checklist:

1.) Application form

2.) Record of Nursing Program, Proof of 54 hours Pharmacology and TOR (in a sealed envelope coming from your school)

3.) Record of conviction

4.) Live scan

5.) 150$ application fee

6.) Photograph 2x2

7.) High School and college Diploma.
